Your agreement (button tap or message) is recorded with a timestamp. You may withdraw consent at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or writing to the contact below; we will stop further sharing from that point.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Internal access is limited to team members who need it for your case, through a password-protected portal with an activity trail.

7. Retention

We keep case records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and professional record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion; we will honour it except where retention is legally required, and we will tell you if that is the case.

8. Your rights

You may request: access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy of your consent record, or withdrawal of consent. Simply message us on WhatsApp or email [contact email to be added]. Grievance Officer: [name and contact to be appointed]. We aim to respond within 7 working days.

Information about minors is processed only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
