The Care Loop · for treating doctors & hospitals
We don't hand the patient over. We stay in the loop.
Every family that comes through TrueOpinion was promised a second advisor who stays. The Care Loop is how we keep that promise without ever stepping on the treating doctor: short updates at each real decision, in two modes, OPD for clinic care and IPD for admissions. The family is never left alone with the file, and you are never chased for detail you didn't sign up to share.
The idea
One family. Two advisors. Zero gaps.
You lead the treatment; clinical authority is yours. Our job is to keep the family informed and steady, the second set of eyes they asked for. Empanelment comes with a simple working rhythm: a short update to your named coordinator at each milestone. We carry the family conversation from there, in Gujarati, Hindi or English. If our advisors ever have a concern, we raise it with you directly, doctor to doctor, never through the patient.
One named coordinator
A single point of contact per case on our side, matched to a single point on yours. No group chaos.
Two-minute updates
A short note at each real decision. No forms, no paperwork, no time you don't have.
We carry the family
Questions, reassurance, follow-up reminders, all handled by our coordinators, so your clinic stays focused on care.
Two mechanisms
OPD or IPD, the loop fits the journey.
Not every case is an admission. Many are managed entirely in the clinic. The Care Loop runs in two modes, and a case moves between them only when the medicine calls for it.
Out-patient care
Consultation and treatment decisions, no admission.
Consultation booked
The coordinator briefs you on the case, and the family's questions travel with it.
Opinion & plan shared
Your advice and plan reach the coordinator the same day, in plain words the family will understand.
Tests or investigations
What is advised and why, plus where the family can get it done under their cover.
Plan or medication review
Any change in diagnosis, dose or approach, before the family hears it cold.
Follow-up visits
The outcome of each review, until the condition settles.
Case closes, or moves to IPD
Resolved and signed off, or, if surgery is advised, handed cleanly into the IPD track.
In-patient care
Admission and surgery, through to discharge and recovery.
Admission & plan
Date fixed, treatment plan confirmed.
Pre-operative workup
Fitness, clearances, anything the family must arrange.
Any change in diagnosis or plan
Before the family hears it cold.
Any additional procedure
Before it happens, wherever medically possible.
Surgery & key milestones
A brief outcome note.
Significant events
Complication, ICU shift, extended stay.
Discharge
Plan, medications, do's and don'ts, summary within 24 hours.
Post-treatment
Follow-up visits and recovery milestones, until the case closes.
Most journeys begin in the OPD loop. A case enters the IPD loop only if and when admission or surgery is actually needed, and the family never re-explains their story: the case file and the coordinator carry across.
What every partner keeps
The rules of the loop
The same in OPD and IPD, and we hold ourselves to them too.
One point of contact
A named coordinator per case on our side, a single point on yours.
Communication, not supervision
We never direct treatment, and we never contradict you through the patient.
Doctor to doctor
Any concern is raised with you privately and professionally, never aired to the family.
An update at each milestone
A two-minute note at each real decision, OPD or IPD. Nothing heavier.
Discharge summary within 24 hours
Shared with the family and our coordinator, so recovery guidance is never lost.
Confidentiality
Records are consented, used for care only, and never reused.
If this is how you already practice, let's talk.
A doctor from our team responds, not a sales agent. We talk in English, ગુજરાતી or हिंदी. Joining is quick: we verify your credentials, set up your profile, walk you through the care loop, and you go live.
